Praveen oversees all day-to-day operations and all functions of our organization. Praveen has over 10 years of diversified experience in the business process outsourcing industry. With a degree in Commerce and Masters in Business Administration, he started his career at Ajuba Solutions Private Limited, India and served there for 6 plus years in a leadership capacity. Later, he moved on to Omega Healthcare Private Limited where he was a part of the senior management team during his tenure of 3 plus years.
Praveen is an expert in managing full service revenue cycle management process and in his recent assignment he successfully spearheaded 500 plus employees; consistently generating monthly collections of $40 Million. He is well known for his exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. His other skills are EHR, EMR, Change Management, Transition Management, Operations Management, Work Force Management, Contract Management, Project Management, Account Management, Operational Planning and Excellence Management and P & L Management.
Praveen believes in “TRUST” more than anything else. He lives in Chennai, India with his family. He loves travelling and making new friends.

Michael is responsible for overseeing all the functions along with Praveen. He is also a part of the sales team. He has an overall experience of 11 years in business process outsourcing. With a degree in English Literature, he started his career in 2003 and has worked in different rungs of the management ladder.
Michael is an expert in full service revenue cycle management process and has successfully guided businesses with collections of over $10 Million monthly. His excellent business acumen and his skills encapsulate Medical Transcription, Education Management, EHR, EMR, Transition Management, Operations Management, Work Force Management, Project Management, Account Management, Operational Planning and Excellence Management.

With a degree in Commerce, he started his career at Mahesh Advertising (pioneer in advertising, Chennai) and was part of the senior management team. Balaji is an expert in administration and is well known for his exceptional leadership skills.
He is an expert in Designing Promotional Product Strategies, Administrative Reforms, Social Media Management, Profit and Loss Management, Change Management, Administrative Management, Work Force Management, Operational Planning and Excellence Management.
